Help for Venus, the going-blind cheetah
So guys this is an asking thread. I'm posting this on behalf of a friend who's family owns the Cango Wildlife Ranch in Oudtshoorn (website here: http://www.cango.co.za/). Basically they have a 6-year old female cheetah with bilateral cataracts. She'll be undergoing eye surgery in September and the guys there need the finances to support it.
In total they need R45,000 to pay for the operation and recovery of Venus's eyes, which is money they're finding hard to come by.
So, here I am, asking for help. It's simple, if you wish to donate simply SMS the word "VENUS" to 38157 and it'll donate R10 to her cause. See here:

They also opened a bank account for larger donations, should people wish to donate more. Information on the banking details can be found here:

If you wish to donate, please just reply here so that I can get a ballpark of what we here at GS has donated to the cause. I wish to let the guy know that it's specifically people from Gunsite SA that donated, and not just random people off the street!
Thanks for reading guys, I appreciate it!

Done! A FEW times.
Tox... keep us posted on her progress please.
Re: Help for Venus, the going-blind cheetah
Thanks a million so far guys!
But we need more! It's a great cause, and I know it's not much but you do get a ton of gratitude, from the owners!

I have forwarded that flyer to a FEW people too... I trust they will chip in.
Re: Help for Venus, the going-blind cheetah
You guys are the best, really. I also printed the flyer (was actually created for distribution on Whatsapp, thus the shape and size) but I printed it out and sent it around the office as well.
Thank you so, so much. Cases like these give me a bump in my throat. That oke loves his animals, specially his cheetahs. He does a lot for them and deserves this (doesn't know I posted here - yet).
He's surprisingly handy with large crocs as well, but that's a different one altogether!
