GICS is pleased to announce that we now offer a range of First Aid and Self Defense training courses in conjunction with our partners Wild Medix and Kangal Defensive Systems.

First Aid Courses include:

- Level 1, 2 & 3 Deptartment of Labour First Aid
- CPR and First Aid Short Courses
- Various Wilderness First Aid Courses (Deptartment of Labour Level 1 & 3.)
- Various Tactical First Aid Courses. (Deptartment of Labour Level 1 &3.)
- Basic Health & Safety, Firefighting and Fire Safety Courses

Self Defense Courses include:

- Unarmed Self Defense and Close Combat
- Handgun, Knife and Blunt Weapon Disarms
- Improvised Edge (Knife) and Pointed Weapon Use
- Pepper Spray and Defensive Baton Use
- Specialised Defensive Knife Combat
- Specialised Training for Muggings, Home Invasions and Rape Scenarios

Courses are specifically aimed at the general public, including businesses needing to have registered first aiders on the premises. No previous experience is required.
Community, family and other groups are most welcome.
Courses can be tailored to suit your specific needs. (This includes neighbourhood watches, armed response officers etc.)
