I'm planning to get a Glock 43X for SD and possibly a Glock 17 for target shooting, Any other suggestions ??

43X or G48 are both great carry guns.
Glock 17 for Target shooting? Yes, it also covers you for an applicable class in most sporting disciplines, IPSC: Production, IDPA: Stock Service Pistol

The G43x or G48 as a conceal carry gun and the G17 for IPSC or IDPA is a excellent choice. You'd be well served by going down that route.

For IWB carry I'd recommend the G48 over the G43X. The increased length means more sight radius and less SD ammo being closer to design speed.
A longer holster IWB can index better and prevent the grip tipping over the belt line
