i have submitted two sets of applications for the renewal - apparently licences have been issued but after +/- 10 x visits to FCO I have given up. i still have green cards and everyone say these are still legal and i stay under the old law. My competency card has since expired. Any good advice on next steps forward apart from banging my head against the wall.. Koos Besem
