I got back from my hunting trip to Namibia today. The plan was to shoot a Kudu bull, but unfortunately they did a good job of avoiding us.
I had to settle for Gemsbuck and Hartebees instead. I will have to try again next year.
Nice pictures!

Hilux, that first bull of yours "displays" beautifully - a wide spread just looks so impressive!

Happycamper, nice bull. This post has some fine specimen pics of the grey ghosts, my favorite animal to stalk and hunt. Well done guys on your successful hunts.

The bigger one was my first buck as well as my first and biggest Kudu. I shot it in 1996 in Namibia, with a .243. the other one is from a recent hunt in Namibia, shot with my 30-06, 180Gr' Nosler Accubond.
My first Kudu shot in Dundee, KZN. Shot with Steyr Mannlicher .308, 168gr interbonds. 48'' horns. Greatest hunt of my life!Attachment 5203
