Re: Carrying S16 for SD
I asked this question recently in another thread. Paul provided the answer and sent me a document issued by the Free State Commissioner that specifically quotes that part of the FCA that states that any firearm can be used for any lawful purpose. The commissioner specifically instructed his officers to leave alone armed citizens that have ANY licence for the weapon they are carrying. I now carry that document when I'm carrying my S15 rollie.

Re: Carrying S16 for SD
This subject has been thrashed to death. Martin confirms it is legal - for any section except Sec20. The FCA is pefectly clear and unambiguous on that score. Get yourself a copy of the FCA and READ it. No firearm owner should be without a copy.
