Payfast issue?

I had exactly the same issue with payfast on another site while trying to pay with an absa card.

It seems to be linked to the latest update. ABSA cards apparently have an issue with Takealot as well.

We're following up with Payfast.

Just to be 100% clear, my issue wasn't while trying to pay my GOSA subs but at a smaller online shop. Oddly enough my card was used on the same day within 10 or 15 minutes to buy on Takealot and it worked fine.

My wife is diligent in stress testing our credit card at as many online shops as possible for the benefit of the broader community and hasn't experienced in issues in the last 10 or so purchases . . . . . . . this week.

I had a Payfast problem last week trying to pay for a bike tyre, Standard Bank card, ended up doing EFT
...maybe not a Payfast issue, could also be the 'insufficient funds" story that Standard Bank keeps telling me?
