I've not bought anything from him, but I did call him ask out some items.
He's a nice guy (I'm sorry I forget his name) and he was very upfront that not all items listed on his website are in stock. He can however order and they will be here in 2 weeks.

Took em three weeks to respond to an email of mine. Very lame response at that; certainly didn't create any comfort with the prospect of dealing with a faceless entity.
Communication needs to be the basis of good online stores. People don't know who or what you are so you gotta ensure you communicate clearly and quickly.
Others may have better outcomes but I'll keep my money in my pocket for now..
