Indeed.

And by an organisation which has absolutely no moral authority to comment on the topic, other than the objection to someone else doing what they regard as their sole purview - the supply of arms to criminals.

Oh so true and in a couple of months/weeks the story will die a silent death because it was all a misunderstanding and everything was legal.
But the shop will be closed for weeks, till could Saps verify their own paperwork or lack thereof, while the gunshop had all their paperwork in place.
