Did Musgrave import Japanese shotguns?

Hallo Folks,

Where can I find info on shotguns imported by Musgrave?

I know they imported Beretta parts, but what else?

My reason for asking is that I bought a Japanese shotgun, but it is registered as a Musgrave?

Did Musgrave import Japanese shotguns, or did some bureaucrat at SAP make a mistake all those years ago?

I know that Musgrave did beretta guns but have never come across a reference to them doing anything with Japanese makers. Suspect yours was just a multiple choice error.

I am not 100% but I think it was SKB.

Ernie knows SKB very well.

A Rosenthal in CT were the SKB agents for a long time, probably up till some time in the mid to late 90's. A mate of mine and I bought the bulk of their remaining parts inventory approx 5 years back.

Do you still have stock? I might need a recoil spring, an action spring and maybe even a steel piece which fits against the mag tube ring.

We bought what they had for the 500 series O/U action (which between us and a couple of mates is what we had) so I don't have anything for their semi auto or pump models unfortunately.

Are you looking for parts for your Pointer or for an SKB?
