Which scope?

For your budget. Have a look at the Lynx LX3 SA Hunt reticle.

I've been using one for a few years now on my 300WM and I'm very happy with it. Back up service, should you need it is very good.

It's a 30mm tube... and quite a heavy scope compared to most 25mm options.

Apart from that, I would agree that it's a decent hunting all-rounder. Has the added benefit of illuminated reticle.

I quite like this scope. This is the next scope I am going to buy. It seems like a great scope. Only good reviews found on YouTube.

Optisan scopes are pretty good, but at that price I rather buy an Element Optics Helix
