SIG P230 slide stop lever dissasembly
Evening guys.
I have a P230 in dealer stock that I want to remove the slide stop lever from.
I thought it would be as easy like the older West German model at home that slides out just with finger pressure but the newer one seems to be stuck or it needs a hammer and punch. I pushed it with a allenkey but no luck.
Does anyone perhaps have some experience removing a newish P230's slide release lever? Is it stuck because the slide stop detent pin is still present or is the newer model tighter fitting?
Many thanks

Thank you very much Krieger.
In the manual removal seems to be by hand. My problem atm is figuring out whether the newer design has a press fit or if there is something obstructing it which I might damage if I hammer it.
