    Default Threebanded Plover.

A threebanded plover busy foraging in a small stream. In Afrikaans it is called a driebandstrandkiewiet which is a rather large name for such a small bird.

I am glad to see TStone found his camera. I'm sure many GS members having been missing his photos

    Really love these little guys.
    Well done.
Just be careful of blowing out the highlights in the background.

They are very common, but so tiny and quick most people miss them.
