Best lube for 10/22

What is the best lube to use on a 10/22 that won’t turn to sticky tar after 1-200 rounds.

I have a Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22, I've only ever used EEZOX and SLIP2000 on it, yet to have a ammunition problem, however I contribute that result to the Volquartsen extractor I installed in it from the first round.
