Barrel threading in the JHB

Good afternoon everyone

I have a Tikka Hunter .308 and one howa 30-06
both of them I would like to put the suppressor with 5/8-24 thread.
not sure which gunsmither you will recommand for JHB - Pretoria area,
actually when I take the Tikka from dealer, they can help me solve this issue, and will only charge me around R750, but according time issue i can't wait it there because the distance is more than 100km to my house, so that is also the reason i dont' want go to them for the long driving issue...,

even I think i can find the circular split die, especially if it is from China, should be with more good price, but I dont' have the experience with this job, and not sure the barrel is easy to handle with this?
anyone has some thing to share here? will be appreciate!!!
