You could also contact Steve Fourie. But from what I've heard, these custom stockmakers can cost you about 25k labour plus whatever wood blank you decide to use. Their work is exceptional though.
There was also quite a well know stockmaker in Amanzimtoti, but his name escapes me now.A roaring Lion kills no game

I would second gunworx and Jean-Luc. He has various options from standard, to cheek risers and extendable stocks. He is also very well priced.
