Well, April Fools went past unnoticed once again. Is it because our generation has become far more cynical and unwilling to believe, or because media outlets are afraid of posting April fool's stories due to fear of being accused of spreading Fake News? Or is it because some braindead idiots, having their brains weakened by Russian bots and Tiktok videos, might actually believe such stories, no matter how outrageous?

I miss my youth, when April Fools was funny and a respite from the rest of the year. I yearn for the return of those days.

The three I have seen were very un-funny.

One was that the SAPS were going to impound all rifles licensed for hunting during the non-hunting season.
Problem with jokes like that is that somebody might think it's a wonderful idea...
