Finally received THE Letter last week, 27th of May 2011. (2 duplicates)
(The date on the letter says 2011/03/22 and the envelope was stamped 2011/05/18)
Already chatting with SSP.
The 2 major points they nailed me on was the case number for the first time I was held at gunpoint (in Aug 2003)
AND that I need to get a letter from my employer, stating my working hours and responsibilities.

I phoned my insurance company this morning and they helped me with the case numbers for both incidents (Aug 2003 & July 2009)
