Ruger M77® Mark II Target .308 Win Accuracy?

Good day all.

Does anyone own a Ruger M77 Mark II Target .308 Win. It has a 26" free floating heavey barrel and sells for about R10100 at VLT arms.

This is a great price for a "long range rifle" BUT, just how accurate are they. Im getting loads of conflicting reports on American forums from years back, I dont see anything about the latest model. Has anyone got one of these, or seen one perform out at the range?

I have a standard M77 in .308 and it is very accurate.
I can imagine that the Bull Barrel on the Target model will help it be a great shooter

Thanks for that. Out to about what range do you think you can get tight groups...100, 200. 500 meters???

Im looking to get the Mark II so that I can bring it to the range and try my hand at long range shots, as well as hunting.
