Try making your own wors (sausage for the non-Africans) from meat that you've worked. You'll never ever buy wors again.

I normally make my own game braai wors with 90% game meat, lamb 'vetstert' (very soft melt-in-the-fire fat in tails of certain sheep) about 10% and spice. Crown Safari Game Wors Spice. NO other lamb, pork or beef added. You won't believe how nice it is until you've tried it. I'm to scared to tell when I make wors because I can't keep up with supplying all my friends and family.

the way i do it,,and is easy, crush a clove of garlic in a little olive oil lightly brush on and cook in a char grill pan/on the braai, can add some chilli if you like to the oil as well, very little oil i find works best, but just a personal prefrance.

Sooooo... I'm guessing the reason for the silence is that you've got so many delicious recipes to choose from you don't know which one to post first?

I couldn't agree more Thomas. I'm really starting to look like the dog in the picture Marekjan posted.

i can share my recipe and meat i use other wise you can use google, its a good old stew called burgoo, amazing mixed meat stew, slightly spicy and smokey.
reason i am sharing this, warthog or springbuck braised in this would work very well for the guys who hunt.
