I am a huge fan of his reverse edge knife system (and I have been for a number of years) because of it's simplicity, effectiveness and speed of deployment of the fixed blade as he teaches it. He also has a folder technique and a folder design (manufactured by Spyderco) based on the basic system of reverse edge knife use.

The Disciple is an awesome SD blade and is my preferred carry SD fixed blade.

I really wish we could get him to give a knife class or 2 in GP.

He's an excellent instructor, but as Ed Lovette has stated his training is for youngish fit men. You are gonna have alot of hard contact as is shown in the videos.

Any idea if/when he will be in SA again? Iwould love to attend, but I am taking my pregnant wife away for a break that weekend. No amount of training from Southnarc will be able to stop the @sswhipping i'll get from my wife if I cancel the trip.
