Double Barrel 410 pistol shotgun
I own an unusual (or so I think) double barrel 410 shotgun with pistol grip. The barrel is 10 inch. There are no clear markings on the gun other than "410 50" within an oval stamp, a "M" next to it and some signs like an "arrow" and an upsidedown "V", the latter with a horizontal dash through the centre. I am trying to establish the manufacturer and approx date of mnfr and for that matter if the pistol has value. The best I have established so far is that it was probaly manufactured by The Modern Arms Co (hence maybe the "M" on the gun) that operated in London 1923-1942. Then it seemingly operated from Kent between 1942 and 1957. Currently the Modern Arms Co that exist appears to make fishing rods! It seems the pistol is a "Tukaway " model. But internet searches don't come up with this. Perhaps A Forum member could help
