Where To Find Astra Rear Sight?

Hi all...

I'm posting this on behalf of my oldman. He has a Astra .357 revolver (I think it's the 3 inch barrel). He carries permanently so the rollie has some wear and tear but still functions perfectly. The main issue is the rear sight that's broken off. He has searched for a replacement sight, but to no avail. He also tried to make his own, it took him 4 days of careful filing away at a piece of metal until he dropped it never to be found again. I understand Astra is no longer operational, so no spares can be found. Anyone know where I can find one, or what to do..?

Take the revolver to a gunsmith and let him make a sight and fit it.

Thanx Gerard, I recieved the sight that you sent me. It is unfortunately not the right one, but better than nothing.. At least some base to do the modifications to. Never the less, thanx alot for your trouble and for lending a hand!! Much appreciated!
