Steve, those kneepads saved a lot of damage on my knees. My elbows still took a beating in that leopard crawl though. What does not kill us will make us stronger. The weather was perfect.

Yeah, that crawl took it out of me big time. It is not something I train too often.

On a more serious note the whole excercise showed up deficiencies in my gear, where I had too many straps and flaps which casued havoc on reholstering pistol. Fortunately because I have a good holster, I could immediately tell there was aproblem and had to rectify before holstering. My home made sling also caused problems in that after several shoulder swithches and transitions it got into a position that released itself meaning I was sling less which made transitions very tricky indeed. Guess Im gonna need that new sling I promised myself for my birthday! (silver lining boys, silver lining!)

    Hey Guys,
Another Great day on the range with like-minded Warriors!
As Bushboy so rightly mentioned (not a single wasted round of ammunition) ... Every round counted and was focused to true effect

Looking forward to the upcoming event and come rain, shine, hail or snow we will be there training as realistically as possible and taking our skills to the next level!!!

    BE Safe!

    Kind Regards,

Who is that goofy looking guy?

Glad to see my brother Robbie there to stand in for us warrior-sized guys...keep it up, bru!

We do that shid from the jacizzi in CT, holding a glass of wine in one hand!

Seriously...you guys need to do a night shoot some time...different world altogether with that stuff.

    Hi guys.
Sorry I could not make it, I had more than double the amount of people that booked, on the range. We finished at 13:30 but I am not complaining. The 23 July is open I am looking forward to my L1 course.
    Regards Lands.
