Provincial Association and related club link?

How do one go about to have a sub section set up for a provincial association and its affiliated clubs? Then we would be able to slot all related information under that section.

I would apprciate it if the administrators could create a section for the Mpumalanga Practical Shooting Association under the IPSC section.

Please let me know if there is specific information that would be required for this.
