In consideration at 88 working days. Interestingly, the working days as calculated by everybody else and the police differs as according to the calculator on the 'net, my app is at 92 working days at the moment...

Either that or they start counting only when it suits them...

Went to the DFO to check if my competency card had been printed....there must have been 300 cards in envelopes there (not mine) but someone said they have printed all the backlog of competency cards?

Close to 4 months now, still nothing.
But i've heard its not uncommon where i live. Rural Eastern Cape. Darn things need to go to Bisho and marinade there for a month or two before it shipped up north.
I checked at the DFO earlier this week and was told it was received in PTA a week ago. now with the holidays i'm not expecting it before third week in january.

Mine was a print out that they attached to my application for the license, i dont think those cards were for competency
