I have had the honour of taking 2 x Kudu bulls.

My first in 2008 with a 7mm Remmington, 52.2" and carcas 156kg. Very proud moment so Ill attach more than 1 pic ;-)

Same Kudu later that day after delivery to the slaughter house

Then in 2009 hunted this 46" bull, with carcas 152kg.

I got back from my hunting trip to Namibia today. The plan was to shoot a Kudu bull, but unfortunately they did a good job of avoiding us.
I had to settle for Gemsbuck and Hartebees instead. I will have to try again next year.

Shot this Kudu yesterday with 25-06 100gr. 54" horns & 173.3kg Carcas, the neck alone was 23kg's

The bigger one was my first buck as well as my first and biggest Kudu. I shot it in 1996 in Namibia, with a .243. the other one is from a recent hunt in Namibia, shot with my 30-06, 180Gr' Nosler Accubond.
