I have to publicly commend Warrant Officer Josias of the Joubertina SAPS who is not only a friendly, welcoming and respectful person. He also take his job and service to the public very seriously.

Coming from the Western Cape (Knysna - where each visit to the DFO was like visiting the headmaster's office) to the Eastern Cape I wasn't sure what to expect from my new DFO but my goodness. It's like I've entered into a parallel universe. Upon thanking him for his excellent service his response was, "You are my client, if you're happy - I'm happy"

The ladies in De Deur are next level, I’ve been called on weekends to clarify/verify application details. Once a serial number wasn’t correct (system had a leading letter omitted), they took it upon themselves to call the dealer and get it sorted.
Self loading rifles magically changed to manually operated, sorted in 1 day after gunsmiths report handed in.
