    Default Zimbi Guns and Books

Was at Zimbi Guns and Books in Pretoria today. Really excellent service and the prices are also good. It is nice not feeling like you are annoying the staff by being there.

I have been at gunshops where they make you feel like an intruder, especially when they think you not really going to spend money.
None of this at Zimbi. Can really recommend them.

I also enjoyed my trip to Zimbi books a short while ago. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely support them in the future.

Seems I am the only one that won't be going back there due to bad service. Good to hear it was an "isolated incident".

I have only dealt with them over the phone and ordered all my The AR15 books with them. Brilliant service!!! With my last book, the 3rd one Luke even sent me a complementary knife. They are always friendly and willing to help.
    Skaaphaas, definitely an "isolated incident".

I think it’s a must to visit the shop itself! You don't get the same feeling online. They are really helpful and friendly, and they do give you feedback on your orders. That’s a plus itself now a days.

I have had my fare share of bad service at some gun shops. But like I mentioned Zimbi stands out as one of the most helpful and friendly.

Yes they are..very helpfull.. 2nd or 3d best place for powder and primers currently..
The one salesman came over from Savuti and the other from Pro-Shot...

Was happy to allow me to shop till 30 minutes after closing time on a Saturday, 2 weeks ago..
    Keep your eyes on them..
