Is it Boxer or Berdan primered ? could influence the decision if you intend to reload at some time.

Sounds like PMP mil/SAPS spec ball to me. You sure its 127gr?
If it is 127gr, it may be SMG designed ball ammo.

ag, if they are cheap and go bang then there is no issue.only a problem if you want to reload, thats all.Whats the price look like?

If its factory and has a P headstamp its probably police ammo. You can't legally possess it if so.
