    Quite frankly, other than in the context of a collection, I am not sure that they are worth the money any more.

    Yup, a friend just dropped R16k on a new LM5, too much in my view.

    Chatted to someone there this morning. Did not get a name, but an afrikaans gent. Gave me that price and said would have in a couple of months. WEre waiting for some "sub assemblies" from Vektor. I'm busy playing the AR/LM5 game at the moment. Trying to make up my mind!!!

    R14k would put that Norinco M4 in the same price bracket as the DSArms ZM4. No? That makes for an easy decision.

    What??? So I was really lucky then! I bought a brand new, sealed in the bag from Vektor (real Vektor in SA, not a rebuild), with mag and user manual LM5 for R8500 the other day.

    I would never have entertained paying R16k for one.
