My Internet Community
Strange this internet forum creature. This group of individuals whom I strangely relate to, yet they are merely bits and bytes whose existence is fatally dependent on thin copper wires or unseen radio waves.
I can literally flip the switch and they are all gone. For good. It is almost spooky.
Strange how I get to know each user, better than he might think, based on what he writes. Let us for the sake of feminism imply that he might also refer to her.
The tone in his post, or the lack of finesse in his answers. The quality of his post and more than often the simple ability to use a spellchecker. All of these form a mental image. A picture, which later develops a personality.
These personalities will eventually end up in one of these classifications:
The Internet Brave (iBr), the Internet Bore (iBo), the Internet Idiot (iTos) and off course the Internet Troll (iDoos).
But there is a god after all because we luckily also find the Internet Friend (iBuddy) and the Internet Respected (iRock). The Internet Informed (iWise) is the user that really makes a lot of sense, most of the time. The backbone of the community.
And it is so easy to have yourself wrongly classified, simply because you never gave it second thought.
You don’t even have to be pretty, handsome or muscular. No one is watching you. You have time to type, think, maybe a bit more research. All that luxury to get it right. Use it.
Sort of make sense to me.

Re: My Internet Community
I decided that some of the classifications need a revisit.
Internet Brave will change from (iBr) to iMR. If you're unsure what The MR stands for here is a hint: http://www.gunsite.co.za/forums/show...7-28-Oct/page2 All credit to BigT.
Internet Bore will change from (iBo) to iYawn. Much easier and self-explanatory.
Yes. I get these waves of inspiration, but they are feeble. The tsunami only comes once in a while.
No. It was intentional. The result would've been something like this:
Let us not forget the Internet Mods (iBan). You'll know them (CENSORED ----WHICH PART OF HAMMER DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?)
You see, I told you.
Charlie Uniform November Tango
You are quite right.

Hahaha! GF, I'd love to sit around a camp fire with a whisky and listen to some of your inspired ramblings. For feeble they are not!
