Appeal example

Hi all,

I have the joy of appealing my 38 special that was declined under SD. I however cant find any examples online of how an appeal should look etc.

Does anyone know where i can find a copy of an appeal that worked?

What was the teason for the license being declined?

Hi Nick Depends on your reason for refusal bud!Personally I went to SSP and he assisted with mine at a small fee and it is worth every cent.W

Hi Bundu here it is in short:

*Failed to prove that a need exist to possess a firearm and that cant be satisfied by any other means.
*Failed to provide any relevant supplementary documents to support motivation.
*Failed to provide proof of property you wish to protect.
*Failed to provide proof of business you wish to protect.
*Failed to provide any details on danger you might be in.
