Had a look on this site and the contact details for Dave Sheer state:

While on their website it states:

I phoned both number on their site but the premi cell does not go through and the telkom line does not get answered. Can anyone please tell me where they are or if they still are operating?

Call 011 4400 345 - Not sure of address. Out of GP. All business done on phone.

I did phone 011 440 0345 but got no answer. I just phoned 011 640 5019 and got an answer and they are indeed cnr Forest and Louis Botha. Odd thing is that google street view still shows them at 368 instead of 595 Louies Botha :D

They moved there a while ago. Also drove to the old address first. New premises is much nicer and bigger than the old one.

Well... just got back from the there. Had to phone from outside to figure out how to get in >.< ... nice shop. I've only ever gotten an answer on the 011 640 5019 number which is odd as even their cards have the 011 440 0345 number on but it just rings when I phone it.
