Do these mags work and store fine with 30rd loaded or, like the originals, are they better off being loaded with 28rd?

Ikor they are totally full loaded with 30 rounds with no movement down with pressure on the top round. Very difficult to seat with bolt forward.

Loaded to 29 it is a little easier to seat.

I would load them to 28 only for all practical purposes.
