VLT has "ammo buckets" again. Winchester .22LR 29gr "American Legend" ammo, R950 for 1,000. Diplopoint 9mmP 124gr, R1,900 for 500. .223 apparently coming soon.

I paid R565 for Winchester Ranger T 127 gr +p+ in Paarl. Is that a good price? If it is I am going back for another box.

It's about average. +P+ is just kicking like a mule for no real good reason. What gun are you shooting?

Nope only from the CZ75. Two shots as my stock was low. Did not notice much more recoil than with my 122gr TC (with 3.9gr S121), reloads. I now have about 60 rnds so I am going to shoot a couple in the Glock over the weekend.

Two shots are does not make a good function test though, Sir. I suggest shooting a full box at least, with different techniques (like one-hand, limp wrist, etc.) so you can see if it works well. It's expensive, but you only do it once.
