Glock 25 Cent Trigger Job
Has anyone tried this with their Glock?
If so, what were the results? Is it worth the time and effort or just a waste?

Re: Glock 25 Cent Trigger Job
Ooo!!! Where can I get 2000 rounds for 25 cents BigT??? Hehehe...
I did this to my internals the other night, it simply removes any gritty feel in the trigger travel. I'm not sure if it's just me but the break also seems more crisp. I'll have to wait for some range time before I know for sure though... could have just been the dirt :D. This was my first detail strip of my GLOCK and I am really glad that I now know exactly how my firearm works.

DIY on an SD gun seems to be a REALLY bad idea.

Re: Glock 25 Cent Trigger Job
Meh... was at the range yesterday to double check after all the dry firing... she is still operating flawlessly... it's a GLOCK man... has what... 10 parts??? :D
BWaaaahahahaha... yeah... I'd rather trust my life to a stranger working on my gun than do some polishing myself [/sarcasm]... no thank you sir.

Re: Glock 25 Cent Trigger Job
Slightly of the point but I stripped the slide of my glock 19 to give it a good clean yesterday. I took out the sear (think thats what its called, the little piston like thing) and after cleaning put it back together. I racked the slide and the trigger felt very heavy, i then thought "this cant be right" and disassembled the slide again. I saw that somehow the spring under the sear had turned sideways and when i corrected the problem and re assembled it, it was fine and went click every time.
Heres the qu: I havent been to range since and want to know if there could be any damage to the spring? I examined it and made sure it still had its spring and it looked fine.
Thanks in advance
