App received at CFR yesterday 11 June , they told me it will be a 4-6 week wait from here , maybe more because there is only one person considering semi-auto pistol apps.

Sorry to butt into the thread, but a semi pistol is done by the regions.
Semi auto rifle or shotguns or hmc's are considered by the Registrar after the regions make their recommendations.
Your application is a regular sect.13 for a handgun which is considered and finalised by the regions
