    Default Firearm application missing

My application was recorded received on 20 April at the DFO I phoned last week Thursday 24 May is was still received at DFO but the man I spoke to assured me that it would be sent to CFR on Tuesday 29 . Phoned today and I was told my firearm application was approved . Now I doubted that it could travel through to CFR and get approved in under a week , so I called the CFR only to be told that they never received it , so tried to phone them back but never got through so I deceided to drive down there, now they had no record of sending it to the CFR and they don't have it in their possesion , according to them it was received at the DFO and then sent to a Lieutenat-Colonel and then sent to a Brigadier for his recommendation , now somewhere between sending it too the Brigadier and receiving it back from him its gone missing there's no other word for it. So I must call back on Tuesday and hold fingers that they find it. On the plus side they where very professional and seemed willing to fix the problem . Its Honeydew Police Station

Phoned the CFR , the man on the other end told me to phone a Brigadier Matlabane ,I think that's the right name , he told me also to get a duplicate made and sent to the CFR directly.

Phoned Honeydew and apparently the Brigadier there has the application but has a message on it that I must see him because I am underage for a license , and I made it clear why I need a self-defense firearm at this age in my 40+ page motivation with supporting documents , I'm 20 I turn 21 in November , so I must meet him on monday
