Stolen intellectual property
Hey guys
We would just like to make you all aware of the fact that netdata has illegally been advertising one of our brands and currently has a website up and running under the product name, effectively attempting to pass themselves off as us.
They have also attempted to "sell" back our own intellectual property to us.
Despite us requesting them to remove the website, which goes back quite a few weeks now , they have flatly refused to do so.
We believe their approach to business to be underhanded and as such would like to put it on record that GunSite , Honey Badger Armaments and Hailstorm , will not be doing any business with this company.
In light of what we perceive as their devious dealings, we certainly could not recommend them to anyone else either.
Although I have purposely not mentioned the brand , as I see no reason to promote traffic for their website , should anyone come across a site which is hosted by netdata and promoting products you have seen discussed on Gunsite, it is probably not authorised by us, please feel free to contact either FrankH , Craig , or Khumba should you wish to verify the facts.

Re: Stolen intellectual property
They still refuse to relinquish so we will decide now what the way forward needs to be.
Btw iro "They have also attempted to "sell" back our own intellectual property to us." actually was an attemp to "blackmail" us into giving them free firearms.....

Re: Stolen intellectual property
I don't know if you have been down this road yet but, if you can show that you have a stronger claim for the domain name that they are using you can file a takedown request with the registrar.
