I have found 32 and 34g 12ga #7 loads to cost around 50% more than 28g loads. For 12% more pellets, I do not think that it is worth the extra expense. I also find that I notice the recoil with the heavier loads, but with the 28g loads I can shoot in comfort all day. Pattern densities did not seem to suffer as much as you expect, with them having only 88% of the pellets of the 32g loads.

None of this answers the question you asked. I suggest giving Suburban Guns a call (Wynberg, CPT) - they had 32g #6s for around R760/250 (while 28g#7 were around R500/250) - this was a while ago so I cannot vouch for the prices.
