I ask this question because this type of licensing could create an issue when it comes to succession.
    Any thoughts?
    Good question.

I read it as person B only being issued an additional license under Section 12 based on a license issued under one of the other sections, and that person A remains the primary license holder. Person B's license is therefore subject to person A's license, and it would become void should person A pass away or lose his/her license.

I stand to be corrected though.

    JS 4 is correct
If the main license holder should pass away the additional license is no longer valid.
Firearm then goes to the care of the executor of the estate.

The good captain to the rescue! Thanks for that!
And there I was thinking I had a solution to make licensing the family heirloom a little simpler.
