Raven ACR
I'm being sorely tempted by the Raven Appendix Carry Rig. Based on what I wear, where I work, what I do for fun and the way I am built, appendix carry just makes a lot of sense to me. This is just another upshot of having a G19 too. I understand the argument that with appendix carry, I'm aiming a striker fired pistol at some pretty serious clusters of arteries, but the design and fit of the Ravens seem to invite a lot of confidence.
I'm going to think about appendix carry for a bit yet though. Still no news as to when I get to move into my new apartment, so I'm cooling my heels waiting for keys so that I can bolt my safe in and take some photos of it. With apologies to Paul, my Marvin the Paranoid Android mode figures that my DFO would just be bored enough to pop in and do an inspection to make sure I'm not telling porkies, so I don't want to take any chances. On the upside, by the time I get the gun, I'll be able to shoot the left nut off a gnat from one kilometer away in a howling gale while riding a rocking horse
Tomorrow will see me pass the 775 round mark. I've estimated that by the time I take my G19 home, she'll have fed on over 3,000 rounds, thanks to the lads at Southern and their range.

Raven makes great holsters and better, they are a great company to deal with, in spite of their waiting times. But don't rule out Geoff Carter, who also makes great holsters, is great to deal with, AND is local and often willing to do some personal tweaks that a larger company simply cannot offer from halfway around the globe. No import fees, customs hassles, etc. with brother Geoff's stuff either. Just another idea for you to consider.

Re: Raven ACR
The ACR does look good. And Ravens service is outstanding. I've got a couple of orders in with them at the moment.
That said I like leather IWB and think it may be more comfortable AIWB so I have one on order from JRC holsters at the moment. You're welcome to have a look. It should be a couple of weeks out."But I did discover patience. And it sucks. Mostly for people who have too much time on their hands best as I can tell."

Re: Raven ACR
I'm waiting on a Geoff Carter iWB for 4-o-clock carry at the moment. Can't wait to see it. I will give him a shout about an AiWB rig. That said, I like the spread of the belt hooks on the Raven. Seems like it'll spread out the carry load nicely.
I had a look at their site, and the holsters do look good. Would be interesting to see one.

I have Geoffs AIWC holster and it carries very well. I don't think that Raven spread hooks will make any diff in this position.
Having said that, I have Raven Phantom and spread loops/hooks do make a diff for 4-o-clock carry.
