    Default bullet press

    Hi ppl I'm new to this and glad to be here. About 2 months ago I finally got my license and been going to the range since then I started asking around if anyone has a second hand bullet press to sell then this one dude told me its illegal to have in your possetion. I don't get this seeing that gun powder,primers and the rest are for sale at gun shop what on earth must I do with it if I'm not allowed a press. Can someone please shed some light on this. Thanks

    You reffering to a relaoding press to reload your own ammo or in casting actucal bullets?

    Secondly do an intro as it is the right thing to do.

    Welcome stout. You were lied to. 2nd hand presses do come up very now and again, also keep a sharp eye on Junkmail and Guntree. Otherwise the Lee kits aren't overly expensive and should ger you started nicely. Hope you get sorted soon.

    Go introduce yourself as per the mail you received, but to answer your question... you need to be very careful about who you listen to on the shooting range or on The Internet...

    But you can trust me ;-{>}

    And Oom Paul's comment should be taken with a table spoon of salt ;)

    Stout, your intro was very nearly in the right section!

    Anyways, it is not illegal to load your own ammo, for which you need a press and it is also not illegal to cast your own lead bullets.
