Hunting season - best local trophies..??

Hi guys,

Joined my dad and some clients at the Kingdom Farm near Loskopdam (Mpumalanga) wasnt planning on hunting but when the opportunity crosses your path you take it with both hands. Not a trophy hunter but this might be my RW.

Got a beautiful Cape Eland Bull - 35 5/8" and 34 7/8" (carcas after 2 days in coolers = 352kg) - will measure officially end of Aug

Dad had it built for him by Classic arms in Witbank when I was still a little boy, I ll have to come back to you on that one

To me it also looks like a LE action, the two piece stock really gives it away and then there is the mag sticking out.

My son was invited to come and shoot an impala this past weekend. He got this guy at +-50m. Full frontal shot. Bullet retrieved under the skin on hind legs. (boud). Heart, lungs and liver totally destroyed. He still ran +- 40m.
