    Milk tart
(Makes 2 Spar milk tart sized tarts, but tastes better)

    Crust
    1/2 cup sugar
    125 g butter
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 egg

    Method
    Cream butter and sugar
    Add egg and mix.
Add baking powder, flour and salt. Mix well.
    Press into tart plates.
Bake for 10 mins at 180°C.

    Filling
    4 cups milk
    2 1/2 Tbsp flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp corn flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla essence

    Method
    Scald milk and butter.
Mix remaining ingredients to a smooth paste.
    Add mixture to milk.
Return to heat, stirring until thick enough to coat the back of a wooden spoon. it must not come to a boil or it basically turns into vanilla scrambled egg.
Gooi in the blerrie crusts and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Congratulations, your name is now Marie.

I asked what "Scald" means cos I figured us guys don't know these terms- my GF said, it means heat but don't boil, like when the milk steams and is pretty much too hot to touch. You know it's right when dipping your finger as quickly as you can makes you hop twice while shouting Fok!
Hey P2W Thanks! good effort on you for typing that
    cheers and +2 !! haha
