Did you take more pictures? How does the stock and checkering look? The Vrystaat MkII has skip-line checkering, and a fore-end tip and grip cap of darker wood.
MkI's/Veld models I've seen had a serial number of OB762Vxxx whereas mine and this one doesn't have the V.
