Re: Sleeping with a 9mm....
It's overall bad forum etiquette to revive (or necropost) old threads. It's not illegal, but strongly discouraged and frowned upon. It's like going through your mother in law's underwear drawer when you visit there. It's not illegal, but you shouldn't be doing it either.
It's also not the only case. It's done here, here, [url="http://www.gunsite.co.za/forums/showthread.php?53882-Zuma-wanted-charges-dropped-because-corruption-is-a-Western-thing/page3"][here[/ur], [url="http://www.gunsite.co.za/forums/showthread.php?49878-White-Farmers-are-Not-Land-Thieves&p=1259778#post1259778"][here[/ur], [url="http://www.gunsite.co.za/forums/showthread.php?65224-Carrying-a-firearm-as-a-woman-in-South-Africa-A-Women-s-Month-Message&p=1253641#post1253641"][here[/ur], etc.
EDIT PS: URL tags stop working after the first, it seems.

I am glad I am not the only one getting a bit pissed off with this necroposting.

Re: Sleeping with a 9mm....
Ive seen a number of posts calling for someone to “use the search function” so going back to old posts isn’t as big a deal as some make it seem. There is only so much that can be discussed with regards to gun related stuff. Why start a new thread when you can just revive an old one? Hell we don’t see level of grumpyness this when that frikken Taurus thread is revived every 6 to 8 months....
Don’t take life too seriously, no one gets out alive.

If you get pissed off / upset about postings on the forum then obviously the forum isnt for you or you should unsubscribe to old threads. The forum is for posting / participating by members, not everyone participates in a thread or is a member at the time when its active, sometimes us slow pokes do post later.

OK enough fighting everyone, I do apologize for the upsetness caused. We as a minority group should stand together and not fight with / against / among each other - we should fight the enemies wanting to take away our right to bear our ancestral arms and the enemy opressing us.

Re: Sleeping with a 9mm....
Well... new members come and make threads about information that is already on the forum, they then get told to use the search function. So other people see that, find an old thread and post or request and update on it and then get flamed? I understand a for sale thread from 5 years ago, but general information is fine.
