I do not think are or have been any to be checked and I think they are covering their arses. We will check it out with surplus and Norinco when it gets here. It seems they are talking 223/5,56 and it should only affect 223 non chrome lined chambers that are 223 specced imo.

The stuff about the lacquered cases is nonsense imo (arse covering) - read here what is said about the lacquer finish - http://www.barnaul.co.nz/index.php?page=lacquer-sense

We will have the chamber 5,56 specced/checked and polished if needed.

Personally, I am going to be very surprised if there are any real issues. Look forward to your further report in due course.

Yes sub-moa this is the rifle DPMS submitted for the USA 308 Mil rifle trial which KAC won, I believe.

It comes in a hard case and with one mag and the bi-pod.

We have set aside 3 mags for each SASS from the stock of 308 mags we had so if a customers wants to buy more for his rifle there will at least be some available (3 per rifle as I said).

More 308 mags are on order but they back ordered as we all know and we will get 'em when we get 'em.

Noob question, how would something like the DPMS Oracle compare to the NEA-15? In other words, which one would you rather have and why? Sorry if this has been asked before. That is just a damn good price on the Oracle.

Stuff like barrel - NEA is polygonal rifled and nitride coated bore = one very tough barrel and the combo of poly and nitride will see barrel life round count in the high twenty thousand and more if battle accuracy is gtg for you - imo. The Oracle has a non coated bore so I would give it the same attention I would a hunting rifle.

Barrel profile - the Oracle has a thin/light profile barrel like on the Colt SP1's we see around = lightweight but it will lose accuracy quicker due to heat if you need to shoot a lot, than medium or bull barrel profile barrels.

    Monolithic hand guard with rails.

    Mid length gas system.

Short barrels if that is important - from the USA 16" is the shortest.

I think you should start a new thread on this if there are more replies or questions etc on this issue.
