Seconded. Though the battery life is a bit lacking, it has an adjustable beam/brightness and isn't too heavy. Well-built as well.

H7 is the cheaper brother and is nothing to laugh at.

The Niteye HA30 (see review: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/...Review-(3xAAA)) has an IPX8 waterproof rating tested at 2m. It does not have a zoom capability, but the beam pattern is very smooth and floody.
